He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Clements and Robert Clements; and his son Matthew Clements. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Tipton; his children, Jennifer Clements, Jonathon Clements (Jessica) and Benjamin Clements (Carrington); his grandchildren, Cole (Adde), Samantha, Holden and Cabell; and his sisters, Kathleen Tate (Vernon), Ann Boleyn (William), Mary Clare Ayers and Julie Hetzel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close family members.
