She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ellen Rosella (Norris) and John Andrew Smith. She is survived by: her husband Lewis Edward Mills; her daughter Barbara Robinson (Richard) of Clear Spring, MD; her stepdaughters, Darla Grindley (Brett) of Florida and Miranda Padre (Larry) of York, PA; her grandchildren, Megan (Paul), April, Erin and Hayden; her great grandchildren, Evan, Taylor, Raelyn and William; her great great grandchild Lily; and her siblings, Charlotte Wink of Berkeley Springs, WV, Elizabeth Bowers of Berkeley Springs, WV, Andrew Smith of West Virginia, Joseph Smith of West Virginia and McKinley "Ritz" Smith of Florida. She is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Parkhead Cemetery (9512 National Pike, Big Pool, MD 21711).
