We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2022, at the age of 84, Franklin Delano Mills of Big Pool, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Mills and Sally Mills (Reed). He is survived by : his sister Mary Grove (Mills) of Hagerstown, MD.; his wife Patricia "Patsy" Mills (Smith); and his children, Tony Mills (Debbie) of Clear Spring, Craig Mills (Lori) of Clear Spring, Deborah Clugston of Chambersburg, PA, Brenda Showe (Burt) of Clear Spring and Lora Greenawalt (Mark) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
