She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward Leggett and Anna Mae Souders Leggett; her sister Ruth Shank (John); and her husband Kenny Herr. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherrie Herr Ellsworth (Gregg) of Boonsboro, MD, Kellie Jo Shindle (Mark) of Greencastle, PA and Janell Herr of Maysville, NC; her grandchildren, Zachary Lynn Clopper (Rachel), Sadie Rowe, Kelsie Hensley (Corbin) and Jake Rowe; her great grandchildren, Magnus, Blaise Sharp and Tucker Enzo Clopper; and her brothers, Bobbie Leggett (Susie) and Richard Leggett (Brenda). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
