He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Stone, Sr. and Ruby Stone (Holt); and his brother David Stone. He is survived by: his wife Helen Stone; his sons, Jay Stone (Joanna) and Christopher Stone (Adriana); his grandchildren, Hannah, Camden, Mose and Luka; his sister Dana DeWitt (Rodney); and his sister-in-law Pam Stone. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
