He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl John Thomas and EmmaSue Thomas (Moser); his wife Roberta Ann Thomas; and his siblings, Donald E. Thomas (Esther) and Mary Holder.
He is survived by: his children, John and Robin E. Thomas; and his granddaughter Susan E. Greeves (Matthew).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boonsboro Ambulance and Rescue Service, Inc. or Hospice of Washington County for all their care and service.
