He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his sister Marilee Combs; his sons, James Waters (Debbie) and Justin Knight (Amanda); his grandchildren, Nick Waters (Jordan), Camryn, Ryleigh Knight, Brianna and Josh Pauley; and his great grandchild Samuel Waters.
