He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathern Baldwin and William Henry Baldwin; and his sisters, Hope Baldwin and Bonnie Bronald. He is survived by: his wife Judy Baldwin; his daughter Samantha Baldwin; and his sister-in-law Christy Hemshrodt.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home (7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
