With sadness, we share the passing of Robin Kay Cockroft of Boonsboro, Maryland. Robin, born on April 6, 1954, passed away on September 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Barnes and William Barnes; and her son Bernard Ashbrook, Jr. (Robin). She is survived by: her husband Leonard Cockroft; her son Randy Ashbrook, Sr. (Krystal); her stepsons, Shane, Andy, Bryan and Shaun; her siblings, John, Bill Barnes, Mary Kimble, Kathy Branch and Joanna Barnes; her grandchildren, Briana Ashbrook, Jocelyn Kershner, Noah Brooks, Joshua Kershner and Randy Ashbrook, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Emryn, Alaya and Beau; and her stepgrandchildren, Jessica and Dakota. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
