She was predeceased by: her mother Shelby Jean Mills (Hose); her grandmother Thersa June Hose; and her uncles, Robert Hose (Bob), Gilbert T. Hose (Tom) and Pete Ingram.
She is survived by: her father Henry L. Mills of Hagerstown, MD; her husband Sean E. Rowe; her brothers, Henry Mills (Gina) of Fairplay, MD and H. Lynn Mills (Stacey) of Clear Spring, MD; her parents-in-law, Linda Thomas of Halfway, MD and Walter "Gene" Rowe of Boonsboro, MD; and her aunt Patsy Ingram of Fairplay, MD. She is also survived by five nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Boonsboro Cemetery Cemetery (64 S Main St, Boonsboro, MD 21713).
