He was predeceased by: his parents, Grafton Twigg and Margaret Twigg; and his brothers, Mickey Twigg and Randy Twigg. He is survived by: his girlfriend Velma J. Voorhees of Boonsboro, MD; his daughter Brieanne Twigg (Frankie) of Williamsport, MD; his grandson Jaxson Lane James; his siblings, Lori Turner (Tommy) of Shepherdstown, WV, Brenda McNamee (Mark) of Fairplay, MD and David Twigg (Grace) of Hedgesville, WV; and his sister-in-law Yvette Perrin (Dean) of Spotsylvania, PA.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795).
