Sylvia Burtner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Burtner (Boonsboro, Maryland), who passed away on November 23, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Morris and Olive Emma Creeger (Kelbaugh); her siblings, Charlotte Daly, Harold, Bonnie Pefinis, Grace "Suzie" Wood, Cook, Donald and Sarah Custer; and her son James.
She is survived by: her significant other Roger Burtner; her children, Becky Hein (Klaus), Tim (Diane), John (Cindy), Margie Moats (Bob) and Chris (Beth); and her daughter-in-law Becki (late Jamie Burtner). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
