Singleton) of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, William A. Tosten III, Elizabeth M. Idos and Amanda M. Tosten; and his siblings, Guy Tosten, Jr., Nancy Socks, Robert Tosten, Philip Tosten, Phyllis Leadbeater and Beverly Black. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
