She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Juanita Alicea and Manuel Alicea; her former husband Hector D. Alejandro; her children, Hector Alejandro, Juan "Johnny" Rivera and Gloria Romero; her husband Manuel DeJesus; and her son Michael Acosta. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
