He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kulle and Anna Kulle; his son Mark Andrew Kulle; Helen Kulle. He is survived by: his children, Albert Michael Kulle, Matthew Anthony Kulle (Linda) and Ann Helms (Doug); his grandchildren, Michael Hudson, Brian Kulle, Steven Kulle, Shane Kulle, Marissa Ward and Hunter Helms; and his siblings, Teresa Sein and Johnny Kulle.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Greenbelt Volunteer Fire Department.
In lieu of flowers, Albert requested that donations be made to the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP #89) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
