He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothea Sarah; and his son Dr. Arthur Frederick "Butch" Lembke Jr.. He is survived by: his family Arthur; his children, Fort Walton Beach and Irene Marie Hall (Stephen); his daughter-in-law Nicole Lembke; his grandsons, Arthur Frederick "Rick" Lembke III (Michele Lee) and Kevin Lowell Hall (Emily Clare Royer); his sister-in-law Irene Marie Ehscheid; his sibling's children, Arthur Raymond Ehscheid (Saverio Mancina) and Dorothea Ehscheid Thomas; and his great-nephew Alex Reese Thomas.
