He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Martin; his children, Stephen B. Martin, Stacey L. Martin-Howard and Stephanie Martin Toe; his grandchildren, Avery Bruce Toe, Anderson Bobby Toe and Ayden Martin Toe; and his sister Donna Jean Young. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
