He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Plummer, Sr. and Doris Plummer (Smith); and his brother Ralph Plummer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Plummer; his children, David Carl Plummer (Julie) and Cathy Blume (Luke); his grandchildren, Brian Plummer (Telka), Michael Plummer, Megan Plummer-Fox (Taylor), Joshua Blume and Emily Blume; and his brother Ronald Lee Plummer (Ellen).

And most importantly, Landis always put his family first, with his wonderful wife Nancy and their wonderful children and grandchildren. Don Clark”
