Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charlene leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Delphin Brock and Mattierae Herbert Brock; and her former husband Cleveland Boswell of Black Creek. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Dean; her daughter Beverly Rae Goines of Easton; her granddaughters, Abigail Marie Hargrave of Annapolis and Lisa Darlene Goines of Ellicott City, Maryland.; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Brock Hargrave, Samuel Dean Hargrave and Charles Henry Hargrave.
