She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe D'Avanzo and Clementina D'Avanzo; and her siblings, Rosaria DeFranco, Antonio D'Avanzo, Domenico D'Avanzo, Giacomo D'Avanzo and Battista D'Avanzo.
She is survived by: her husband Filippo; her sons, Pompeo and Alessandro; her grandchild Alexa; her siblings, Lorenzo D'Avanzo (Maria), Lina Leombruni (Ludovico) and Gioconda Donno (Antonio); and her sister-in-law Giovanna Sabetti. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in Concetta's name to Holy Rosary Church 595 3rd Street NW Washington, DC 20001.
