She is survived by: her children, Melissa Facchina (Hillary Hughes) and Christopher Facchina (Dianna Facchina); her grandchildren, Luca Facchina, Amalia Facchina, Ilona Hughes and Ivan Semian; and her brothers, Jack Cusack, David Cusack, Timothy Cusack and Robert Cusack.
