He is survived by: his wife Sandy Kelly; his grandchildren, River and Camden Westbrooks; and his sisters, Jenny McCoy (Paul) and Becky McCoy (David).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Beall Funeral Home (6512 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD 20715). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the MID Atlantic Community Church (2485 Davidsonville Rd, Gambrills, MD 21054). A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at the Lakemont Memorial Gardens (900 W Central Ave, Davidsonville, MD 21035).
