He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his siblings, Kathy (Ric Conn), Margie (Mike Sasko), John and Kevin Cook; his nephews, Eric Sasko and Mitchell Cook; his niece Kathryn Sasko; his great grandchild Ezra; and his children, Noel (Nik) and Josh (Angie). He is also survived by children, grandchildren.
