He was predeceased by: his parents, Danny Moore and Martha Louise Brown Moore; his brothers, Charlie Curtis Moore and Danny Moore; and his niece Roshonda Moore Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Altha Stallworth Moore; his son Cedric J. Moore of Glenn Dale, MD; his siblings, Benjamin Moore (Jackie) of Glen Burnie, MD, Robert Moore (Velma) of Macon, GA and Zonia Pitts (Larry) of Macon, GA; and his caregiver Abbie Dean of Maryland. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Beall Funeral Home (6512 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD 20715). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
