He was predeceased by: his parents, Joshua Taylor and Janie Outlaw Rascoe; and his brother Joshua Taylor Rascoe Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Janice Rascoe; his children, Lakeisha Rascoe and Terrence Rascoe (Maxine); his sisters, Nellie Mitchell (William) of Lewisville, NC, Dianne Carter of Robersonville, NC, Gloria Hyman (Michael) of Rolesville, NC and Barbara Smallwood of Philadelphia, PA; his siblings-in-law, Deloris Cooper (Lindwood) of Windsor, NC and Spurgeon Carter of Windsor, NC; and his grandchildren, Syrrail Rascoe, Isaiah and Danielle Rascoe of Ruther Glen, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins, host of relatives and friends, co-workers, classmates.
