He is survived by: his wife Laura M. Barnes; his mother Verline Barnes; his children, Angelique Catlin (Deon), Monique Barnes and Edwin Diamant; his siblings, Corliss Brooks (Donald) and Erwin Barnes (Alice); and his sister-in-law Marvi Barnes. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
