She was predeceased by: her parents, James Deegan and Hazel Deegan (Quillen); her brothers, James and Robert Deegan; and her husband Roger M. Fischer.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Fischer (Maureen) of Wexford, PA, Julie Smith (David) of Bowie, MD and Joan Fischer DePhilippis (Rick) of Spring, TX.; her grandchildren, Tyler, Victoria Smith, Maximillian, Sebastian Fischer, Nick and Ricky DePhilippis; her great grandchildren, Otto, Theo Fischer, Rhett, Ozzy Smith, Bailey and Colton DePhilippis; and her friend Julie Sauer.
