He was predeceased by: his parents, James Morrissey and Rose Morrissey; and his brother Robert J. Morrissey. He is survived by: his children, Christie Stute (Tim), James M. Morrissey Jr. (Frances) and Caitlin Morrissey; his grandchildren, Sophie, Spencer, Mia Stute and Violet Morrissey; and his siblings, Paul D. Morrissey (AJ), Jean M. Orzech (Tom), Anne Greco Morrissey (Rosemarie) and John P. Morrissey (Sandy Payne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
