He was predeceased by: his parents, John Minogue, Sr. and Frances M. Minogue; and his brother Patrick Minogue. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Minogue of Bowie, MD, John Minogue, Jr. and Matthew Minogue. He is also survived by niece, a nephew and many cousins.
Jeff was always generous and donated time to the church by cutting the grass or donating time and money when needed.
