She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Eugene Adams and Peggy Colleen Adams; her husband Jerry Eubanks; her son Richard Eubanks; and her grandchildren, Rebekah Hope Smith and Raymond Smith III.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Maeve; her children, Patrick Eubanks (Kim) and Gina Smith (Ray); and her siblings, Jill Belt and Richard Adams. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren; her great-granddaughter.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Chapel (16501 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715).
