He is survived by: his former wife Griselda Houseworth Clemons; his daughter Katrina JeVonne Clemons-Cook (Chris); his grandchildren, Kai Li Ferrell Cook and Kaleia Angela Rose Cook; his uncle Paul Freeman of Griffin, GA; and his siblings, Reuben Banks (Kim), Emory Banks (Deborah), Crystal McCoy, Jeffrey Banks and Tiffanye Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
