He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Dowell; his daughters, Eileen Berke (Travis Berke) and Christine Bruner (Tommy Bruner); his grandchildren, Alyssa Newcomb (Jay Newcomb), Collin Berke, McKenna Bruner and Katie Bruner; his great grandchild Delilah Newcomb; and his siblings, Joan Rynders, Janet Warnick, Jenny Spicer, Jae Dowell and Jeffrey Dowell. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home (16000 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
