He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence O'Hara and John Smith; his son Robin J. O'Hara; his parents-in-law, Frieda and Harold Hoppe; his sister-in-law Shirley Hoppe; and his stepgrandson Matthew Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Merrily O'Hara; his son Timothy D.; his daughter-in-law Colleen O'Hara; his daughter Heather; his son-in-law Jason Tawney; his sister Ida Mary; his brothers-in-law, Regis Gouker and Harry Hoppe; his grandchildren, Kathryn O'Hara, Christine Puhl, Aaron James O'Hara and Timothy R. O'Hara; his children, Ida Elizabeth and Allen Householder; his grandson Louis Chavez; his grandson-in-law Mitchell; and his granddaughter Yvonne Hoppe. He is also survived by his nieces, their husbands.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society.
