She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Phillips and Helen Taylor Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Paul (Eddie); her children, Michele of Bowie and Jason Poteat of Bowie; her granddaughter Stephanie Cizek of Westminster, MD.; and her siblings, Anne Smith, Joyce Hodges, Richard Higgs (Sonny) and Dale Phillips.
