It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Louann Maimone in Bowie, Maryland, who passed away on November 27, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Louann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Louann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David Spring; her children, Stephanie Spring-Jones and Samuel Spring; her siblings, Patrice Benton, Judy D'Abrosi and Joseph Maimone; and her parents, Jacob Maimone and Elsie Maimone.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. John Evangelist Roman Catholic Church - Wilde Lake Interfaith Center (10431 Twin Rivers Rd, Columbia, MD 21044). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens (2150 Mt View Rd, Marriottsville, MD 21104).

“My heartfelt condolences on the loss of Louann. I worked with Louann, and she was the most generous and kindhearted person one could meet in a lifetime. She worked hard for both the team and her students. I remember she used to bring me waffle fries from Chik-Fil-A... not because I asked for them, but because I said one time that I liked them!
