She is survived by: her husband Edward Leo Dixon; her children, Jamie Lynn Shepard, Toni Marie Carlson, Jason, Elliott Shepard and Jon William Shepard; her children-in-law, Jessica Paige Burkley, Cassidy Marina McHale and Timothy Scott Carlson; her grandchildren, Alyssa Rheannon Floyd, Vincent Elliott Floyd, Shyanne Marie Carlson and Reed Lee Shepard; her great grandchildren, Clementine Mariposa Floyd, Evangeline Lyann Floyd and Giovanni Leo Floyd; and her siblings, David Long, Robert Long, Katherine Long, Melinda Torreyson and Tina Long.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home (16000 Annapolis Rd, Bowie, MD 20715).
