She is survived by: her son Michael (Cheryl); her granddaughter Micaa'; her siblings, John Berfect (Carlene), Nathaniel Berfect, Peter Berfect (Annette), David Berfect, Joyce Berfect Shelton (late James Jr.), Neomi Berfect-Culler (Jerome) and Dr. Cynthia Berfect-Shelby (Huegh, Sr.); and her godchildren, Welden Shelton and Angie Mickens. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
