He was predeceased by: his mother Tomzy Carter Lewis; his stepfather Arville Lewis, Sr.; and his sisters, Barbara J. Richardson and Diane L. Lawson. He is survived by: his daughters, Tomica L. Carter and Najiyah S. Baith; his siblings, Arville Lewis, Jr. (Gloria), Chris Lewis-Cabell (Cliff) and Connie W. Lewis (Niecey); and his stepsisters, Shirley L. Crawford and Voncil L. Little. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
