He is survived by: his wife Judy Proctorstein; his children, Adam Proctorstein and Jayme Proctorstein; and his siblings, Conway Proctor (Gloria), Andre Proctor (Anne), Barry Proctor (Tina), Toni Westhall and Jackie Tremblay (Eddie).
