It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Maddox of Bowie, Maryland, born in Cheverly, Maryland, who passed away on June 19, 2021, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, Eugene Maddox and Mary Maddox; his brother Scott; his sister-in-law Katie; his nephew Otto; his grandfather Garry Regester; his aunts and uncles, Wanetta Conner, Margaret Steiner, Hilda Balascio, David Regester and Bruce Maddox; and his child Kindergarten. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

Recently, during the COVID shutdown, he taught a Sunday afternoon Bible online video class.

“Paul is greatly missed in every way. Though we were part of the same congregation for all his life, I was not around him much in his childhood years due to our age difference....but he was around a lot - - running around, that is - - around the auditorium, around the hallways, just around. In his 20s, I worked with him closely as a group of us produced silly videos to entertain the kids during VBS week each year. He devoted himself to his Lord, serving Him wholeheartedly. Love you Paul.”
