He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Kitty); his sons, Peter (Rebecca), Charles and Christopher; his grandchildren, Sarah (Thomas), Katie, Ryan and Jenna; and his sister Catherine Ann Segrest. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
