Barr of Navarre; the mother of his children Linda L. Barr of Durham; his son Charles W. Barr of Bowie; his grandson Darin M. Barr of Bowie, Maryland.; his brothers, Jack C. Barr (Bonnie) of Morgantown and David L. Barr (Mary Beth) of Petersburg; Shanon Davis and Carmen E. Barr.
