“I am sadden to hear of the loss of Rosa. I remember when she first joined FSA and I was asked to train her on my responsibilities. She was enthusiastic and friendly. I remember asking her one time, "Do you know everybody in the building?" When she found out that I was retiring, she said "You can't leave without without a celebration. I don't care what you say!" She planned it, and I couldn't say no. Rosa loved the Lord and I know she is in heaven. We would talk about the Lord often.”
