She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Hart and Thomas Gray; her daughter Sheila Johnson McQueen; and her siblings, Dorothy Hart Davis, Barbara Ann Gray, Thomas Gray Jr., Butch Gray and Archie Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, David Johnson (Jo Anne) and Earl Gaskins (India); her sister Joann; her brother-in-law Joseph Barber; and her brother Samuel Gray. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins.
