He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Toal and Gloria Toal; and his former wife Cheryl Toal. He is survived by: his wife Laurine Desir-Toal; his children, Heather Martin (Chris), Julie Toal (Les Barlow), Pamela Wissinger (Robert) and Steven Toal Jr. (Stephanie Hunter); his grandchildren, Kiara Wheeler, Jada Dunlap, Ameera Ayaz, Anees Ayaz, Nathaniel Wissinger and Brooke Toal; his great grandchildren, Graecyn, Kaiden, Myles and Artisse; his siblings, Debbie Misuraca (John), Laurie Otis and Robert Toal Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Chris Ross, John Misuraca, Justin Misuraca and Deanna Misuraca; his mother-in-law Cynthia Montoute; his sisters-in-law, Janelle and Sherkel; and his friends, Pamela, Jack Derrico, Sherma, Bazil Edwin, Mummy Dodo, Tansy Alexander of Drechelle, BJ, Zayne, Almando Rigby, Lisa, Tua, John, Marcus, Whitney of Vernon Montoute, CJ, Jael, Darron (family: Patricia, Dave Jackson), Phil and Lynn (family: Sue, Pam Wisniewski, Bill Zurfas, Betsy). He is also survived by family, Sue and family.
