She was predeceased by : her parents, Preston D. Turner and Mary B. Turner. She is survived by : her children, Eugene Phillips, Jr., Preston Phillips (Andrea) and Brenda Cosby (Marc); her siblings, Mary Campbell and Douglas Turner; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Phillips, Barbara Dorsey and Beverly Turner; her goddaughter Michelle Turner Clark; her grandchildren, Jacoby Phillips, Terrell Campbell, Sr., Ivyn Campbell, Tamera Phillips, Quintin Cosby (Tahnia), Marquita Cosby and Howard Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Terrell Campbell Jr., Jordan Campbell, Dominque Perry, Seth Phillips of William Thompson, III., Sydney Reed, Kelsie Campbell, Gabrielle Phillips, Jayden Sims, Niko Perry and Ivyn Campbell, II.
