She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Richard Jordan and Margaret Constance Jordan (Young). She is survived by: her siblings, Raymond R. Jordan, Sr. of Frederick, Angus H. Jordan, Sr. of Monrovia and Gretchen I. Wall of Augusta; her husband Barrett Fountos of Ashburn; her daughter Jessica Connell (James Connell); her grandchildren, Mason Connell and Ava Mae Connell of Key West; her son Kyle Slemmons (Christine); and her granddaughters, Leah Slemmons and April Slemmons of Honolulu, Hawaii.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
