William Fulmer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2025 we had to say goodbye to William Fulmer of Braddock Heights, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Fulmer and Caroletta Fulmer; his stepmother Pauline Fulmer of Frederick, Maryland; and his sister Joann Fulmer Sensenig of Walkersville, Maryland.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra H. Fulmer; his children, Kathy Fulmer of Florida and Brian Fulmer; his daughter-in-law Rebecca of California; his grandchildren, Will and Evelyn Fulmer; his sister Charlene Keyser (Phil) of Falling Waters; and his brother-in-law Donald Sensenig of Walkersville, Maryland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Community Center (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Et Resthaven Memorial Gardens (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701). A reception will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Community Center (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701).
