He was predeceased by : his parents, Virginia Cooper Padgett and Joseph C. Padgett; and his wife Patricia Jean Garner Padgett. He is survived by : his daughter Deborah Padgett Browning (Martin E. Evans); and his grandson Patrick Robert Browning. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
