He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Delbert and O'Reta Elizabeth Carter. He is survived by: his wife Dolores "Loli" Carter; his son Anthony Scott Carter (Julia Katherine); his grandsons, Henry Jay Carter and Harland Xavier Carter; and his siblings, Steven Michael Carter Sr. (Shelly Marie) and Danette LuAnn Carter. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends who were touched by his warmth.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lee Funeral Home (6633 Old Alexandria Ferry Rd, Clinton, MD 20735). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
